1. Introduction

The website maison-ferre.com is operated by Maison Ferré®, a brand founded in Lyon, France, in early 2025, and operated by Triade Labs LLC.

By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of our website, the purchase of Maison Ferré® products, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

They apply to orders shipped outside the European Union and European Economic Area.

3. Customer Eligibility

Customers must be of legal age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Products

Maison Ferré® offers premium cookware manufactured by specialized production partners and subject to quality control procedures.

Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in appearance, color or packaging may occur without affecting essential product characteristics.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market.

Maison Ferré® reserves the right to modify prices, discounts and promotions at any time without prior notice.

The price confirmed at checkout applies to the order, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.

Import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated or required by law.

6. Orders

By placing an order, customers accept the product descriptions, applicable prices and these terms.

Maison Ferré® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious errors or product unavailability.

Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers, including Shopify Payments and Stripe where available.

Maison Ferré® does not directly store complete payment card details.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days, potentially extending to 14 business days depending on the destination.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs procedures, carrier disruptions and other circumstances may cause delays.

Shipping procedures and applicable delivery conditions are detailed in our International Shipping Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights regarding delayed or undelivered orders remain unaffected.

9. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters processing.

Once processing begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Maison Ferré® offers a voluntary 100-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our International Return & Refund Policy.

Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights under applicable local laws remain unaffected.

10. Product Warranty

Maison Ferré® products are covered by applicable mandatory consumer guarantees and any additional commercial warranty expressly provided with the product.

Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear, except where otherwise required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Ferré® shall not be liable for:

• Damage resulting from improper product use.
• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including trademarks, text, images, designs and branding, belongs to Maison Ferré® or its respective rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Product Depreciation & Refund Deductions

Returned products may lose commercial value even if they have not been used.

Where permitted by applicable law, Maison Ferré® reserves the right to apply a reasonable deduction reflecting the actual depreciation of returned products, including in cases involving:

• Opened or damaged packaging.
• Products that can no longer be resold as new.
• Products requiring resale through our outlet at a reduced price.
• Signs of use, damage or missing components.

Any applicable deduction will be assessed individually based on the product's condition, original purchase price and objectively established loss in resale value.

Such deductions may significantly reduce the final refund amount.

These conditions apply to voluntary returns only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

14. Applicable Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country or region.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Maison Ferré® reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updates will be published on our website and will apply to future orders. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.
